Contact us or book a Zoom appointment. We will discuss your requirenments, analyze your situation, explore your aspirations and objectives, and find the best solution for you.

Questionnaire
After a successful conversation, you will receive a link to the questionnaire from us, which serves as a guide for the concept and design process.

Wireframes
Using the information from our meeting and questionnaire, we’ll provide you with a structural overview of your website layout and description of its functionality for your approval. Your feedback is important! If necessary, we will discuss your ideas again.
04.
Design
We’re kicking off the design process, creating a website that’s uniquely yours, designed to match your needs and goals. When it’s all set, we’ll send you a link for an exclusive preview of your personalized web design!
05.
Development
After approval, we move into the development phase, bringing your new design to life on WordPress! We transfer the website to your hosting and provide you with your access data.
06.
Launch your Website
You’ll receive training on managing your website independently. For a standout online debut, don’t forget to ask about our launch graphics to promote your new powerful marketing tool! Your business is now prepared for success!

Frequently Asked Questions

We expect the process to take roughly two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we receive the necessary information from you. The exact schedule will be finalized after our initial meeting.
The special website package includes a fully developed website comprising up to 5 pages (e.g., Homepage, Services, Contact, About, Imprint), featuring custom images that can be freely reused. You also have the option to provide your own images for our review, editing, and customization if needed.

The text for your website needs to be provided by you. If you require assistance with text creation, we can discuss it and provide a separate quote for the service.

The Contact page and form will be fully configured to your email address, equipped with basic spam protection (additional Google reCAPTCHA possible). If necessary, the Imprint page will be tailored to meet your local legal requirements, encompassing privacy policy and general terms and conditions for online presentation.

We will manage the transfer to your host, domain assignment, and comprehensive end-configuration. Two revisions are included: one for wireframes (layout & functional description) and another for design. Additionally, we offer training for editing and maintenance.
Our standard payment conditions are structured as follows:

– 30% upon contract signing
– 50% after approving wireframes before the design and development process commences
– 20% upon site completion

We understand that needs may vary, and we are flexible in accommodating your preferences. Please feel free to discuss and customize the payment terms with us!

We accept payments through multiple channels, including cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, credit cards, and WeChat (depending on your location).
The key requirement is that you have your own domain and hosting (server) with WordPress pre-installed, along with administrator rights.

If WordPress isn’t installed yet, please contact your hosting provider – many of them offer this service free of charge. Alternatively, we can manage the installation for you at an additional cost.

If you don’t have a domain and host, no worries – get in touch with us, and we’ll assist you in this process too.

Of course, we primarily work with WordPress. You’ll receive admin access and training from us, enabling you to edit all content yourself.

However, we recommend leaving it to us by purchasing one of our maintenance plans – ensuring that your website remains consistently up-to-date, leaving you with peace of mind.
Refunds are not acceptable once a contract has been signed. Our creation process is designed to provide you with substantial influence over the final outcome. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback twice during the process to ensure your satisfaction. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that circumstances vary, and we will assess each request on an individual basis.
Of course, we offer maintenance plans and provide training during the handover. We remain available for any questions regarding website navigation. Additionally, we can assist you with the website launch and create social media graphics to promote your site for an extra fee. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll discuss your preferences.
We won’t leave you alone. We’re happy to take care of your site after you’ve launched it, ensuring it continues to function smoothly and stays visually appealing. We’ll discuss with you whether you only need maintenance or if you’d like monthly content updates, creating a customized plan just for you.
It’s not a big deal – we will offer you extra service and support you to organize/purchase them.
