Purchase
Purchase your brand package. This will officially book your project. When you check out, you’ll receive a e-mail with a link and your account data.

Your Account
Your account will be generated automatically, and you will access it using your account data. Within your dashboard, you will locate your questionnaire, which you will complete online.
03.
Questionnaire
Fulfill our questionnaire carefully and don’t rush – this process needs time. After submitting fulfilled questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
04.
Kick-Off
We will check your answers and when everything is clear, we will let you know, that the design process has started. In case of missing information, we will contact you per e-mail or phone to clarify them.
05.
Approval
Within 7-10 business days when the brand is complete, we send you an email with a preview of your brand for your approval. If necessary, you can ask for small graphic changes. Additional information about changes is available in our FAQs provided below.
06.
Your new brand
Following a successful approval, access your brand’s ready-to-use files via the provided link. The foundation of your success has now been laid, and you can now take off and thrive!

Logo Design

Brand Styleguide

A brand styleguide, is a visual representation of a brand’s key visual elements and design standards. It is a document that provides a set of rules for maintaining consistency in the use of a brand’s visual elements across various platforms and media. You will be provided with the Styleguide in a one-page PDF format (Brand Board).

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for your order as placing an order signifies your authorization for us to work on your project. However, if you really made a mistake, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase at studio@bilskadesign.com with „REFUND“ in the subject line. Please ensure the email address is spelled correctly, as we cannot process refunds for payments sent to an incorrect address. As this is a digital product and service, please note that once we have begun working on your brand, no refunds will be issued, and all sales are considered final.

JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)

AI (Adobe Illustrator Artwork)

Vector graphics are highly scalable and can be resized without losing quality, making them ideal for tasks like logo design, illustrations, and other graphic design work. Designers use it for creating logos and other branding materials like prints and illustrations. AI files are great because they stay editable in Adobe Illustrator without losing quality.

EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
An EPS is a high-quality file format often used in professional graphic design and printing. It’s like a versatile container for images and text that maintains exceptional clarity and detail, because it’s a vector based file. EPS files are preferred by designers because they are compatible with various design software programs.

PNG (Portable Network Graphics)

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
The TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) is a versatile and widely used file format primarily designed for storing raster graphics images. It is known for its ability to preserve image quality through lossless compression, making it suitable for high-quality and archival purposes. While TIFF files are excellent for preserving image quality and detail, they are less suitable for web use or sharing due to their large file sizes. For those purposes, formats like JPEG or PNG with lossy compression may be more practical.

The questionnaire is designed in such a way that there should normally be no changes, but we still allow one set of revision in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Included are color and small graphic changes, which mean, you can’t change the concept, but you can ask to make graphic elements bigger or smaller. Unfortunately at the price we’re offering for the Package, we cannot accept major changes. For more complex requests, please contact us. We will provide a custom quote upon receiving your specific request.

Yes, you need Canva Account to be able to use Social Media Templates, but only a free account.

In contrast, our brand packages are created to provide you with a customized and professional brand identity in the shortest possible timeline and with minimal effort.

Certainly. Some clients already have established relationships with trusted print vendors and only require print-ready files. Alternatively, we can oversee the entire printing process for you, including recommending vendors and ensuring the project’s completion. In this case, the print management service will be billed separately.
